VV.AA. STILL PRIMITIVE - CHAPUTA! TURNS 100 (LP)

Still Primitive marca el lanzamiento número 100 de Chaputa!. Para celebrarlo, han vuelto al disco que encendió la chispa para muchos de nosotros: Get Primitive – The Best of Pebbles Vol. 1 (1984) de Greg Shaw. Esa recopilación abrió las puertas a todo un universo de garage punk de los 60: crudo, ruidoso y maravillosamente atípico.

Cuatro décadas después, dieciséis bandas de todo el mundo interpretan los mismos dieciséis temas: clásicos del garage de mediados de los 60 regrabados hoy con toda la fuerza, la garra y la energía salvaje que los hicieron atemporales.

Estos temas llenos de distorsión nunca fueron piezas de museo. Se convirtieron en estándares, y aún respiran, rugen y tienen ritmo. Siguen vivos. Siguen arrasando. Siguen siendo Primitivos.
