Matöse is an Asturian band formed by Jaime Marcos (guitar and vocals), Héctor Castañón (bass and backing vocals), and Rubén Casal (drums and backing vocals). These musicians have been or are currently members of bands such as Tumiza, The Aftermaths, Catete Rococó, Pingüino, Los Drásticos, and others. The songs are by Jaime Marcos with arrangements by Matöse. The album was recorded in the spring of 2021 at OVNI Studios by Pablo Martínez. It was mixed and mastered at Ultramarinos Costa Brava by Santi and Víctor García. The artwork is by Ossobüko.
There's a lot of work and effort in this project. Carefully selected ingredients that have made this album more than just a simple LP. The perfect outlet to release all that emotional baggage from these turbulent times we're living through.
