Normalmente la muerte horroriza y asusta, pero en México se celebra, estas «calacas» también conocidas como «huesudas» o «pelonas» tratan de representar la muerte desde un punto de vista de festejo de la vida, no enfocándola como algo triste. «Ante la muerte todos somos iguales, todos somos calacas».
