A new release from the fugitive surf steady quartet, this time in single format, featuring a previously unreleased track on the A-side, the title track 'Lone Gunman Theory'. A edgy, dirty reggae number with a mournful atmosphere under the Montego Bay sun.

As a B-side, a rare track that marks their first departure from their instrumental tradition, featuring Rubén López (Malarians, Peeping Toms, Diatones, etc.) lending his vocals to a surf-style adaptation of the Jamaican classic 'Man Next Door' (AKA I've Got To Surf Away) by The Paragons. A true novelty in the band's discography and a real treat.

A new challenge without losing an ounce of the style and magic that forged them as beach outlaws. Once again mixed by Mike Mariconda, who was also at the helm for their previous single.
