Juan Navazo Band was formed around 2018, after a change of direction that led its leader, Juan Navazo, on a solo trip to the Andalusian coast. During those days, several songs emerged that would later form this album.
The album features songs like “Verte Volar” (Seeing You Fly) and “Soñarte” (Dreaming of You), which, though rooted in sorrow, ultimately move towards light, the result of a journey of self-discovery. Throughout the album, the message is to live and experience the present moment fully and be an integral part of it. Songs like “En el olvido” (In Oblivion) and “La huida” (The Escape) also offer critique and denunciation, as well as a need to remember in order to continue growing. All the songs are part of the same journey, a voyage from the chrysalis towards the infinite.
