Van Dammes is a garage punk quartet from Helsinki, Finland, formed in 2013. Van Dammes' sound has been described as infectious, joyful, and fucking fun. Their fifth EP, "Finally There," is a tribute to the Finnish national football team, which qualified for its first major championship when they attended EURO 2020. "(It's Time For) Rivelution" is dedicated to the current Finnish national team coach, Markku Kanerva, known by the nickname "Rive." This was something the entire nation had been waiting for for decades, and a huge inspiration for the garage punk songs. Recorded in 2021, the EP contains three anthems, each addressing this historic event from its own perspective.
