La revista Vintage Rock Magazine, que le dio a este álbum de regreso 4/5 estrellas, dijo que "combinan influencias desde The Clash hasta John Lee Hooker para crear algo realmente especial". El álbum fue grabado en 2023 en Gizzard Recording Studios. Todas las sesiones fueron en directo y las canciones se grabaron en una o dos tomas directamente en cinta de forma totalmente analógica. El LP está lo más cerca posible de una grabación de finales de los años cincuenta. Grabación en vivo en cinta, cinta directamente sobre lacquer y luego prensada sin transferir a un ordenador en el proceso. Una grabación verdaderamente feroz que captura la energía del directo de la banda.
