LES KRYNG - KEEP HER IN MIND /TWENTY TWO (7")
From the muddy marshes of southeastern Drenthe in the Netherlands comes Kryng. Formed by the prolific singer-songwriter Mark ten Hoor, the band never runs out of catchy tunes. Completed by studio wizard Arjan Spies and the affable giant Peter Kroes, the group has produced no fewer than five albums and five singles. Their sound ranges from garage to basement punk and even reaches the ceiling with a touch of psychedelia, but always remains focused on the song itself.
Keep Her In Mind is a dirty and fuzzy track, while the other side, Twenty-Two, shows their ability to record a number one song if the world were perfect.
