CHINAS COMIDAS fue una banda de punk fundada en Seattle, formando parte de la escena musical de la ciudad. Algunos de sus miembros provenían de bandas como RED DRESS y TUPPERWARES. En sus inicios, se les consideraba art punk debido a sus letras poéticas, con un fuerte componente feminista, y también por su arte en portadas y flyers. Este LP recopila sus dos EP (Peasant/Slave, snaps) y algunas canciones grabadas que nunca vieron la luz, además de una canción de una maqueta y una versión en vivo de "The Witch" de THE SONICS. Canciones como Snaps, Criminal Cop o For the Rich no decepcionarán a los amantes del punk del 77, con letras que escapan a los tópicos habituales del género.
